Consultancy, data and software —
six services that fit together

Each one can be bought on its own. Most projects start with the first and use two or three of the rest, built as a single system so nothing falls between them.

Consultancy & advisory

Service 01

Consultancy & technical advisory

Audits, written specifications, build-or-buy advice and a second opinion on quotes — before anyone spends money on code.

Databases & dashboards

Service 02

Databases & data engineering

New databases, and existing ones taken over, documented and reconnected. Migration off spreadsheets, query tuning, pipelines, dashboards and the reports your team keeps asking for. Includes our most requested work: a paper archive turned into a database, a portal to keep it fed, and a dashboard on top.

Three ways to work together

Pick the one that matches how settled the scope is. Every one of them ends with something built for your business specifically — no licence per user, nothing to re-learn, and the code and data yours outright.

Option A

Fixed-scope project

A defined deliverable with a written scope, timeline and fixed price. Best when you know what you need.

  • One price, agreed up front
  • Staged payments against milestones
  • 30 days of fixes after launch

Option B

Consultancy first

A short paid phase that produces an audit or specification, a data model and an estimate. Best when the problem is still fuzzy.

  • One to two weeks, fixed fee
  • You own the specification
  • Fee credited if you build with us

Option C

Ongoing support

A monthly block of hours for changes, fixes and small features. Best after launch, or for a system you inherited.

  • Agreed hours each month
  • Priority response window
  • Cancel with one month’s notice

However you buy it, it runs the same way

Four stages, and you approve the price before stage three.

  • We map the work as it happens now — who touches what, where it breaks, and what the real deadline is. No technology is discussed at this stage.

  • 2.Plan & price

A written scope: screens, data model, integrations, timeline and a fixed price. You approve it before anything starts.

  • You see working software early and often, on a real link you can click. Changes are cheap at this stage, so this is where we want your opinions.

  • Deployment, data migration, documentation and a training session. Then optional support if you want a hand on call.
